Monthly bookkeeping
Every level keeps your books current in QuickBooks, every month. The difference is how much help you get understanding what they say. For most established businesses, I recommend Advanced.

What I need from you
Access to your accounts or statements, and answers to the occasional question about a transaction only you can identify.
What this is not
I am not a CPA, and I do not prepare or file tax returns. I keep the books clean so your tax pro has what they need.
Frequently asked questions
Do you prepare or file taxes?
No. I am not a CPA and I do not prepare or file tax returns. I keep your books clean and explain them, so your tax preparer receives an organised year and you understand it too.
Do you work remotely, or only in the Miami area?
I'm based in Hialeah and work with service businesses across Florida and remotely, so we don't need to be in the same city.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. I work with both English- and Spanish-speaking business owners.
What is the difference between Essentials, Advanced and Premium?
Every level keeps your books current. Essentials is monthly bookkeeping. Advanced adds monthly financial insight and a quarterly review. Premium adds cash-flow forecasting and a monthly review and action plan.
What bookkeeping software do you use?
QuickBooks Online. I'm a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor and manage your QuickBooks file as part of every level.
Who do you work with?
Established service businesses, contractors and construction, marketing and creative agencies, medical and dental practices, beauty and aesthetics, and professional services. I don't focus on restaurants, auto body shops, or inventory-heavy retail.
